A holding fee of $325.00 is required to be paid via cashiers check with 24 hours of applying for the unit. If approved the holding fee will be applied towards the deposit. If denied, the holding fee will be retuned to you within 5 business days. Once paid the unit will be removed from advertising and held for applicant.

Unit includes washer/dryer and all appliances. A portion of water & sewer is paid by tenant.

1 pet per unit, dogs must be under 40 pounds when fully grown. A deposit of $400.00 is required and monthly pet rent is $50.00. Minimum credit score of 625 is required.

$100.00 non refundable admin fee is due prior to move in date.

Renters insurance is a requirement and will need to be provided before moving in.
