We require a holding fee in the amount of $418.75 to be paid via cashiers check within 24 hours of applying for the unit. The holding fee removes the unit from advertising and holds it for applicant. If approved the holding fee is applied towards security deposit, if denied the holding fee is returned within 5 business days. If approved and applicant backs out the holding fee is forfeited for lost rent.
