You can also get nine and 12 month lease agreements without those aforementioned fees. You’ll also no doubt be pleased to learn that your monthly rent includes a portion of your water, a portion of your sewer AND full garbage services! To top it all off there is always more than enough off-street parking available and we even have a large overflow lot for all of your guests that is adjacent to the complex.
